4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Users must follow WhatsApp Business API policies and Meta guidelines. Messegy is not liable for account suspensions caused by policy violations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed as agreed during purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

Messegy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

13. Governing Law
