Refund & Billing Policy | Messegy

Refund & Billing Policy

This policy outlines Messegy’s subscription billing structure and refund terms.

1. Subscription Model

Messegy operates on a postpaid monthly subscription model. Users are billed at the end of each billing cycle based on usage and selected plan.

2. No Advance Payment

No upfront payment is required unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are generated after the usage period ends.

3. No Refund Policy

Since billing is based on actual usage, all generated invoices are final and non-refundable. Once an invoice is issued, payment is mandatory.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made within the due date mentioned on the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent termination of services
  • Recovery action if required

5. Disputed Charges

If a user believes there is a billing error, they must notify us within 7 days of invoice issuance. After this period, invoices are considered accepted.

6. Plan Changes

Users may upgrade or downgrade subscription plans. Changes may affect the next billing cycle depending on timing and usage.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be added to invoices as required by law.

8. Service Termination

Non-payment beyond the due date may result in service suspension without prior notice. Messegy reserves the right to terminate accounts with outstanding dues.
