- Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial. If you cancel within this period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel within the trial period, you will be billed as per the subscription plan you selected.
- Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per your selection.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds during Trial Period: You can request a refund within 7 days of subscribing if you are not satisfied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Services: Any additional services, such as one-on-one training or setup fees, are non-refundable. Fees for setup, training, or API integration, if requested, are non-refundable.
