Messegy Cancellation and Refund Policy

Messegy is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our WhatsApp Business API messaging services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be provided for our subscription services.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Trial Period: We provide a 7-day free trial period. During this time, you can cancel your service without any charges. If you do not cancel within the trial period, your service will be automatically continued, and the subscription fee will be charged.
- Post-Trial Period: Once the trial period is over, the service cannot be cancelled. If the payment is not made by the end of the trial period, your service will be stopped.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- If you request a refund within the 7-day trial period and have already paid, we will refund the amount.
- Refund requests for subscription plans must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase after the trial period. No refunds will be issued after this period.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- If a customer requests any setup, training, maintenance, or API integration, we may charge an additional amount for these services. These services will only be provided based on a customer request made via our chat support or support email (support@messegy.com).
- Any additional services, such as one-on-one training, setup fees, maintenance, or API integration, are non-refundable.

5. Processing Refunds
