Messegy provides a WhatsApp Business API platform enabling businesses to communicate with their customers. We are an independent software vendor and are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. in any official capacity outside of the standard WhatsApp Business API provider agreements.

As a user, you agree not to use our services for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any illegal activities. You are responsible for ensuring your customers have opted-in to receive messages from you via WhatsApp.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect violations of these terms or the official WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy.

Messegy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
