Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
We may grant refunds at our discretion if:
- There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
- You were incorrectly billed due to an error in our billing system.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our billing team at billing@messegy.com with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
